<WA(O)NDERING HOST>는 학교 전반을 활용한 동선을 특징으로 하는 졸업 전시로, ‘배회하다’라는 뜻의 ‘wandering’과 전시의 주체인 ‘host’를 결합한 합성어이다. 이는 졸업을 앞둔 회화과 학생들이 새로운 시작을 고민하는 모습을 상징한다. 또한, ‘wandering’과 철자가 유사한 ‘wondering’을 교차하여 사용함으로써, 학생들이 자신의 예술에 대해 끊임없이 질문하고 탐구하는 과정을 강조한다. 비록 지금은 배회하는 듯하지만, 이러한 질문을 통해 성장해 나갈 것이라는 의미를 담고 있다. <WA(O)NDERING HOST> is a graduation exhibition characterized by a route that utilizes the whole campus, combining the word ‘wandering,’ meaning ‘to roam,’ with ‘host,’ symbolizing the theme of the exhibition. This represents our students nearing graduation, contemplating a new beginning. Furthermore, the similarity between ‘wandering’ and ‘wondering,’ emphasizes the continuous process of questioning and exploring one’s own art. Although they may seem lost now, the exhibition conveys the idea that students will be able to grow and develop through self-questioning.
